Who we are
From Ireland and the UK to Australia and New Zealand, Spectrum.Life supports millions of people to be happier and healthier, across insurers, employers and universities. In Australia, this capability has been strengthened through the integration of MindFit at Work, WeLysn and Valion Health, bringing together their teams and programs into one clinically governed ecosystem for the full spectrum of mental health and virtual care.
Our values
-
Delivering the best possible experiences enables us to honour authentic relationships with our valued partners.
Global capability. Local delivery.
We’re a global platform with local expertise. Data is held and processed within Australia, supported by a robust clinical governance framework and local operational teams. Through the integration of MindFit at Work, WeLysn and Valion Health, we combine local clinical expertise with international scale to deliver consistent, high-quality care across all markets.
Safety. Quality. Accountability.
Across the board.
Every service we deliver in Australia is underpinned by a robust clinical governance framework, leading to safety, quality and accountability across the board.
Clinical Model
An evidence-based clinical model built on outcomes-tracked pathways, encompassing digital engagement, clinician-led triage, in-the-moment support, structured counselling and specialist referral. This enables earlier intervention and more effective progression through care.
Standards
Services are delivered through a robust clinical governance framework with appropriately registered psychologists and credentialed clinicians, supported by clinical supervision, CPD and quality assurance processes. Spectrum.Life will always meet and exceed Australian Medical Association standards.
Outcomes
Our services are designed to deliver measurable impact across access, experience, outcomes and cost. We track and report on engagement, time-to-access, clinical improvement, recovery progress, provider performance and SLA compliance.
Engage, empower and transform.
We go beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing by providing clinically backed care that’s fit for the full spectrum of life. As an all-in-one healthtech partner, we believe our low-ego, high-ambition attitude delivers the best outcomes for all our people. Through co-creation, integration and innovation, we’re building a sustainable business that delivers care across the full spectrum of need, at pace.
Our people are our pulse
Spectrum.Life is a place to celebrate full spectrum lives. Collaborative and supportive ways of working help our people recognise diverse needs and experiences, with access to the same care as our customers.
Clinical staff
Spectrum.Life employs our clinicians as we know this drives better outcomes than networks. We then support our talented clinicians to focus on providing quality care to patients across the full spectrum of life. Our service users benefit from greater autonomy, work-life balance, CPD and meaningful impact through evidence-based care at scale.
Tech & product
We’re breaking boundaries through best-in-class technology. Spectrum.Life shapes the future of digital health through a culture of innovation that delivers transformative digital experiences.
Everyone
Care, delivered with purpose, is at our core. Our vision to change and save as many lives as possible informs everything we do, from how we partner with customers to the services we provide.
